This is very similar to calculating the Cord Ministries Fees from the Aplos \u201cDetailed Donations by Contact\u201d Report<\/a> except that this time the data source is the QuickBooks Checkbook output file.<\/p>\n

  1. Download the “Checkbook”\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Report from QuickBooks.<\/li>\n
  2. Upload this report into the “R” Language Shiny webpage.<\/li>\n
  3. Process the report to build the Aplos journal entries.<\/li>\n
  4. Download the Aplos journal entries file.<\/li>\n
  5. Upload the journal entries into Aplos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
